Even Death on a Cross

Who though he was in the form of God
Did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped
But emptied himself
By taking the form of a servant
Being born in the likeness of men
And being found in human form
He humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death
Even death on a cross
Therefore God has highly exalted him
And bestowed on him the name that is above every name

Passion Week Quiz

“He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” Isaiah 53:3 (ESV)

Many of us think we know what the Gospels say about the last week of Jesus’ life. But do we really know chronologically what happened? Although there are minor differences in details among the four Gospel writers, the main story line is coherent. My husband created a quiz for our family, and I want to share it with you!
